What payment method do you accept?
Bloomingdale’s accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal (standard payments), PayPal Express Checkout, JCB, and UnionPay (credit cards).
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No. When you use the Borderfree global checkout, you’ll be provided with an order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due to C.O.D. charges. Please note: bloomingdales.com reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
How do I return an item that shipped directly from the vendor?
To return an item shipped from the vendor, check your shipment invoice to find specific return instructions for the item you ordered.
Can I return a gift I received from an international order?
Yes. Gift returns must be made within 180 days of purchase. The date of purchase will be provided on the shipment invoice. Please note: When returning a gift, the return amount will be credited back to the original tender of the purchaser.
Can I return my purchase to a Bloomingdale’s store?
Bloomingdale’s is sorry, International orders cannot be returned to Bloomingdale’s store locations.
Can I place an order if I have an international billing address and a U.S. shipping address?
Yes, you can. To place your order, please call (IDD#) + 1 (513) 573-8170. Please note: Orders with an international billing address and a U.S. shipping address cannot be placed online.
What are my international shipping options?
Most in-stock items generally arrive within 4-13 business days after your order is received. (“Business days” means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
