They use 100% soy wax, grown from beans there in the midwest. They also use premium fragrance oils and pure cotton wicks. The combination of their ingredients allows your candle to burn cleanly.

Can I refill my candles?

Yes! Once your candle is burned down, you can take hot water and a dab of dish soap to clean out any left over wax. Then bring it back to their store for a refill! Refills are 20% off the regular price of the candle. It typically takes them about 2 weeks to complete refills, but they will give you a call when it’s ready for pick up. The only candles they do not refill are custom cut bottles or wine boats.

What is the Unplug Soy Candles return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your candles, you don't think they are burning how they should or have any other troubles (candle related only, please) , email sales@unplugsoycandles.com and they will make it right. They do not accept exchanges or returns on candles from open pouring or private parties. Due to the handmade nature of these candles and since they can not control the processes, they can not resell these candles. If you are unhappy with the fragrance you selected, you can pick out a new one for your refill.
